Materials required for entry into the Eurasian Art Union: |

1) members of national unions (in Russia - the status of "all-Russian organization") |
а) Basic kit:
2) scan or photocopy of membership card ;
3) two color photos (portrait), size 3,5x4,5 см. 4) scan or photocopy of the receipt of membership dues (see the section "Membership fees") b) Additional set (provided within 3 months after entry):
1) brief autobiography (A4 format);
2) from 20 to 50 photos of author's works; 3) scan or photocopy of education certificate;
4) scan or photocopies of diplomas confirming a degree, academic or honorary title (if available);
5) copies of laureate and award diplomas and certificates (if available);

For consideration of the issue of admission to the membership of the Union candidate (legal entity) submits the following documents:
- application form (download in PDF, Word, RTF format);
- a copy of the Charter;
- copy of registration certificate;
- certificate of activity of the organization;
- list of employees of the organization.
