PURPOSE OF CLUSTER MEMBER CONSOLIDATION
- The strategic goal of the Cluster creation and development is to create a stable structure in St. Petersburg aimed at the formation, provision and support of tourist products, formation of unique competences and partner network in the region, forming the umbrella brand of the Cluster, attracting new participants and new markets to it, promotion of the domestic tourist product, as well as expansion of the range of tourist services
- Development of the tourist cluster of St. Petersburg as a center of domestic and entry tourism within the framework of the implementation of import substitution policy.
- Development of tourist infrastructure providing material and technical base and development of cooperation links between enterprises of the cluster, and promotion of development of enterprises of accompanying industries - catering, entertainment industry, production of souvenir products.
- Participation in the development of a unified position on key areas of the tourism industry.
- Representation and protection of the interests of Cluster members both in federal, regional and local state authorities and in international organizations.
- Creation of a research and educational complex in the field of tourism.
- Organization of interaction between participants of the tourist cluster, as well as interested organizations, including educational and scientific institutions, credit institutions, state companies and companies with state participation, development institutions, state authorities.
- Create a common brand and increase cluster awareness.
- Development of the international cooperation.
